City of La Quinta:
What is Pickleball?
A lively racket game for all ages and abilities, Pickleball was created with one thing in mind: fun. It was designed to be easy to learn and play for any age. It was invented in 1965 in Bainbridge Island, WA, outside Seattle. Click on The Origins of Pickleball to learn how it all began and the history of this exciting game. Pickleball at Trilogy is played on two courts located next to the tennis courts.
