At the Santa Rosa Club/Fitness Complex we offer a facility with a complete range of fitness levels. A fully equipped gym, fitness studio, indoor track, pools, tennis, bocce ball, pickleball and more! We have a broad range of fitness instructors and coaches to assist you in reaching your goals.
We provide regularly scheduled classes taught by experienced, motivated instructors dedicated to improving your quality of life. MOVE IT or LOSE IT!

A combination of hi-low aerobics, dance steps, weights to sculpt, shape, and tone the muscles. Upbeat and Fun, this class will change the way you think of exercise.
Retro Blast: An exciting new line dance class. Combination of hi-low aerobics, dance steps, Its Jane Fonda and Denise Austin all rolled up into one fun hour. Upbeat and Fun, this class will make you sweat like its 1999 again.
Sculpt/Tone: Core Fusion Body Sculpt: Strengthen and define your entire body. Sculpt with resistance training designed to completely reshape each muscle group. Targeting major muscle groups using a variety of equipment and stretching.
SMF – Stability Mobility Flexibility: Tone, build, and shape targeted muscles in a multi-faceted approach to create a well-balanced, symmetrical physique. Focuses on stability Mobility and Flexibility. All levels welcome.
Dynamic Total Stretch: A total body stretching class which includes all muscle groups, designed to improve overall flexibility and balance. You can expect gentle stretching to enhance a greater range of movement. Learn to use a roller and blocks to enhance workout.
An ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing. Tai Chi is low impact, self paced, gentle exercise and stretching, each posture flows to the next without pausing. Improves mood, aerobic capacity, stamina, balance, flexibility, and muscle strength.
Power Circuit: Muscle Confusion: A form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity interval training. A heart rate and metabolic based workout combining cardio and strength exercises. Core: A balanced strengthening program for the core muscles that can be used for injury prevention. Rehabilitation and sport performance. Combining slow or even static exercises for endurance, with some power core movement for strength.
Sunrise Circuit: A form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity interval training. A heart rate and metabolic based workout combining cardio and strength exercises. Core: A balanced strengthening program for the core muscles that can be used for injury prevention. Rehabilitation and sport performance. Combining slow or even static exercises for endurance, with some power core movement for strength. This class is a step up from the regular circuit class.
Awesome Cardio-Core: A form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity interval training. A heart rate and metabolic based workout combining cardio and strength exercises. Core: A balanced strengthening program for the core muscles that can be used for injury prevention. Rehabilitation and sport performance. Combining slow or even static exercises for endurance, with some power core movement for strength. Finishing with 10 min of stretching. All levels welcome.
TBC Total Body Conditioning. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. You will be challenge and feel stronger walking out.
Triple Threat: 20 Minutes working the major muscle groups in your body, provides muscular strength and endurance. 20 minutes of Balance – Exercises to improve your core, strengthen and improve your posture to prepare for your daily lives activity also prepares you for that quick turn or falls. 20 minutes of Stretch – Designed to improve overall flexibility and balance. You can expect gentle stretching to enhance a greater range of movement.
Pure Yoga: A powerful tool for self-transformation. It asks us to bring our attention to our breath, which helps us to still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment. In our physical bodies we develop a balance of strength and flexibility. We also learn to balance our effort and surrender in each pose. Physical postures for balancing, stretching, and strengthening the body.
Yoga 101: The beginner class introduces the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work in a flow of postures linked together by the breath. Introduces you to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. Gradually these poses will be linked together into a gentle flowing sequence. If you have never tried yoga this is the class for you, designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga as well as those seeking continued understanding of basic yoga poses.
Yoga for Everyone: Balancing your mind, body, and spirit with basic yoga poses. Using a series of poses challenging enough for the avid yoga enthusiast and also gentle enough for someone new to yoga.
Flow Yoga: Smooth the way the poses run together and become like a dance. The breathing exercise is an important component also. The Instructor will teach you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This class can be adjusting to any level.
Yoga Pilates Mat Fusion: This class is a great way to strengthen your core muscles, as well as aligning the whole body using fun exercises that challenge and balance you. A combination of yoga poses and core exercise to strengthen and rejuvenate the body.
Zumba Gold for Beginners: An exciting, high energy hour of dance aerobics incorporating Latin movements, designed in combinations of fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt the body. The dance steps are easy to follow and members can adjust their aerobic level by increasing or decreasing their pace and movement. No experience necessary!
Zumba Toning: This class combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use light hand weights to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. This class is the perfect way for cardio enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast
Zumba Step: We combine the awesome toning and strengthening power of step aerobics, with the fun fitness-party that only Zumba brings to the dance-floor. Zumba Step increases cardio and calorie burning, while adding moves that define and sculpt your core and legs.
