Gym Rules

1. Use of the gym or fitness facilities will be by reservation only at 10% Capacity Mandates in the Tier Red.
2. Reservation times for Cardio Equipment and Strength/Stretching
Area is 45 min. Reservations can be made on the MYTLQ. You may also call the fitness desk for reservation. (760) 702-3051 or email Sharon Mckee – smckee@mytlq.com
3. 15 minutes in between reservations will be blocked so there is a transition period between members and sanitizing by staff. Members should wipe down any equipment used before and after with disinfect wipes. Please dispose of wipes in waste baskets that are provided.
4. Members, please bring your proximity card to check in. You must be 6 feet from staff always. No Guests please.
5. Gym Hours: Monday to Friday 6 a.m.- 8 p.m. | Saturday and Sunday 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
6. No Fitness Classes until mandates addressing the size of public gatherings are relaxed.
7. Please wash your hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer before your workout. If you are experiencing symptoms of illness including a fever of 100°F or above, so throat, runny nose, do not have smell or taste, chills, not feeling well, sneezing, coughing, abdominal pain, or diarrhea, please self-quarantine and do not work out to ensure others do not become sick. If you have any of these symptoms or have been exposed to someone with symptoms to self-quarantine and do not use the facility. Please be advised that using the facility is at your own risk.
8. Locker and showers will be available. We will have limited amenities.
9. Masks must be worn while traveling through common areas at all times. Members must comply with social distancing and maintain 6 feet of separation.
10. You must exit the top gym area down the back-exit stairs after workout to ensure that members do not congest the fitness desk area. No congregating in any fitness center areas.
11. Members should bring their own water; water fountains and water cooler are not available.
12. Every participant in these activities has a responsibility to follow the guidelines. Disregard or abuse of the guidelines could result in complaints filed with government agencies.

Government intervention could result in individual fines and the revocation of these opportunities within our community.

Pickleball Reservation Rules

One reservation per day for each member for up to one hour.
Only residents and their guests may use the pickleball courts. All guests must be accompanied by an owner for the entire duration of use. All guests are required to check in at the Fitness Desk and pay a guest fee.

The permitted duration of play is as follows: Singles: 1/2 hour (30 minutes) / Doubles: 1 hour (60 minutes). Max time is 1 hour.

Paddles are not reserved. Paddles are provided on a first come, first serve basis with court reservations. You may pick up paddles at the Fitness Desk Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday – Sunday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

All Pickleball equipment must be returned to the Fitness Desk after the reserved time.

Equipment may not be held overnight. Members that do not return equipment will be charged the replacement cost. All equipment must turned into Fitness Desk prior to closing.

(At this time we are not loaning out Pickleball equipment. Please bring your own)

No roller skates, “heelies”(shoes with wheels), roller blades, scooters, skateboards, bicycles or other similar equipment is permitted on the court surfaces or the surrounding area at any time.

Lights for each of the courts are on a timer for night play. Turn off the lights when leaving the court (the timers often do not automatically turn off).

All residents and guests use the courts at their own risk. Neither the Association nor Management Staff are responsible for injuries or accidents.

Any violation of any booking rules, reservation will be canceled.

If the individual that reserves the court is not present by 10 mins of the reservation time, the reservation is cancelled and the court is available for general use on a ‘first-come’ basis within the designated reservation time.

Pickle Ball Paddle Guidelines

Pickle Ball can be both fun and loud. Trilogy Fitness strongly recommends that paddles used during play are rated as Quiet, while “loud” paddles not be used. The table below (Green Zone) show the paddles who have been tested and are quiet. The Red Zone table lists paddles that have tested Loud and should not be used. (Lists are current as of July 9, 2020).

Bocce Reservation Rules

Only residents and their guests may use the bocce courts. All guests must be accompanied by a resident for the entire duration of use.

No roller skates, “heelies” (shoes will wheels), roller blades, scooters, skateboards, bicycles or other similar equipment is permitted on the court surfaces or the surrounding area at any time.
Bocce balls are not reserved. You may pick up bocce balls from the Fitness Desk Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday – Sunday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Only residents and their guests may use the tennis courts. All guests must be accompanied by a resident for the entire duration of use. All guests are required to check in at the Fitness Desk and pay a guest fee.

Each member can make a reservation for up to two hours per day.

One hour reservation per day for the ball machine per day.

The permitted duration of play is as follows: Singles: 1 1/2 hours (90 mins) / Doubles: 2 hours (120 minutes).

No roller skates, “heelies”(shoes with wheels), roller blades, scooters, skateboards, bicycles or other similar equipment is permitted on the court surfaces or the surrounding area at any time.

All residents and guests use the courts at their own risk. Neither the Association nor Management Staff are responsible for injuries or accidents.

Any violation of any booking rules, reservation will be canceled.

If the individual that reserves the court is not present by 10 mins of the reservation time, the reservation is cancelled and the court is available for general use on a ‘first-come’ basis within the designated reservation time.
